Summary
This study tested a 9-week program combining group education and physical rehabilitation for people with Long COVID. 74 adults participated to see if the program could improve quality of life, mental well-being, and physical condition while reducing anxiety, depression, and fatigue. The program was compared to a control group that did not receive the intervention.
