Scientists hunt for long COVID clues in gut bacteria
NCT ID NCT06825819
Summary
This study aims to understand how COVID-19 changes gut bacteria in people with long COVID symptoms. Researchers will collect stool and blood samples from 400 people with and without long COVID to identify bacterial differences. The goal is to learn how these changes might contribute to ongoing symptoms like fatigue and digestive issues, which could guide future treatments.
