First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week online program based on logotherapy (finding meaning) can help middle-aged office workers become more active and improve their quality of life. About 200 participants aged 35-60 with desk jobs will be split into two groups: one gets the program, the other continues as usual. Researchers will measure changes in physical activity, sitting time, and well-being using questionnaires.
