NCT ID NCT07073365
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding surgery or radiation to the main lung tumor helps people with advanced EGFR-mutant lung cancer who already responded to initial treatment with osimertinib plus chemotherapy. About 70 adults will receive local therapy and be followed to see how long the cancer stays controlled. The goal is to improve long-term outcomes, but ongoing monitoring and treatment may still be needed.
