Summary
This study is for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread to a few other areas. It tests if adding surgery or radiation to remove the main tumor and any remaining spots after initial drug therapy helps control the cancer longer. Researchers will track if the cancer grows back, check side effects, and see how it affects patients' quality of life.
