New study tests treadmill and task training to help kids with CP walk better

Summary
This study compares two types of physical therapy—loaded treadmill training and task-specific training—to see which better improves walking and daily movement in children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. About 54 children aged 6 to 12 who can stand with or without support will take part. The goal is to find which approach helps them walk more smoothly and independently.
