Summary
This study is testing a type of internal radiation called high-dose-rate brachytherapy for people with liver tumors that cannot be surgically removed. The treatment uses a tiny radioactive source placed directly into the tumor to kill cancer cells while sparing nearby healthy tissue. It is designed for tumors that are too large, near major blood vessels, or close to sensitive organs like the bowel or stomach. The goal is to see how well this approach controls the disease and improves outcomes for 60 participants.
