Summary

This study looks at how liver cirrhosis and liver transplants affect artery calcification (hardening of the arteries). Researchers will measure changes in artery calcification and a substance called pyrophosphate in 95 adults before and after liver transplantation. The goal is to understand if a liver transplant can slow or reverse artery hardening.
