Summary

This study is testing if adding a very low dose of radiation to the liver can make standard immunotherapy work better for people with lung cancer or melanoma that has spread to the liver. It is for patients already planning to receive immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination helps control the cancer for a longer period without it getting worse.
