New injection aims to stop Cancer's return after liver surgery
NCT ID NCT05677113
Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called QBECO, given as injections before and after surgery to remove colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver, can help keep the cancer from coming back. About 115 participants will receive either QBECO or a placebo (inactive substance) and will be followed for up to 5 years. The main goal is to see if this treatment improves the 2-year period where the cancer does not progress.
