Summary

This study tested whether a precise form of radiation therapy using proton beams could stop the growth of tumors that spread to the liver from other cancers. 92 participants with 1-4 liver tumors received 2-3 radiation treatments per week for two weeks. The goal was to control the liver tumors while aiming to reduce side effects compared to other treatments.
