First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at how two experimental drugs (AZD9550 and AZD6234) behave in people with moderate to severe liver problems compared to healthy adults. About 28 participants will receive a single dose of one drug. The goal is to understand safety and how the liver processes these drugs, not to treat any condition.
