Summary

This study looks at how the liver processes a new medicine called PF-07328948. Researchers want to see if people with different levels of liver function handle the drug differently. About 26 adults, some with liver problems and some healthy, will take a single tablet and stay at the clinic for 6 days for monitoring and blood tests. The goal is to gather safety and processing information, not to treat any condition.
