NCT ID NCT07269301
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a new drug, PF-07328948, is processed in the body of people with different levels of liver function compared to healthy people. It will enroll about 26 adults, some with stable liver impairment and some without. Participants will take a single dose of the drug and stay at the clinic for about 6 days so researchers can measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects.
