Liver Health's role in drug safety revealed
NCT ID NCT05919069
Summary
This study tested how a new drug, AZD2693, is processed in people with different levels of liver problems compared to people with normal liver function. It involved 35 people who received a single injection. The main goal was to understand if liver impairment changes how the drug moves through the body, which is important for future safe dosing.
