Early safety check: how liver health affects new medication
NCT ID NCT07248839
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a new drug called BMS-986435 behaves in the body of people with normal liver function compared to those with mild or moderate liver impairment. The trial will involve 24 participants who will receive a single dose of the drug, then researchers will measure drug levels in their blood and monitor for any side effects. This information helps determine if liver function affects how the drug is processed and if dosage adjustments might be needed for people with liver conditions.
