Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a cancer drug is processed by the body in patients with moderate to severe liver problems. It will enroll about 27 adults with certain blood cancers or solid tumors to measure drug levels and check for side effects. The main goal is to gather data to help determine safe dosing for future patients whose liver function is impaired.
