Summary

This study looks at how different levels of liver function affect the way the body processes a new medicine called PF-07328948. Researchers will give a single tablet to 26 adults, some with liver problems and some healthy, and monitor them for about 6 days. The goal is to learn if liver impairment changes how the drug works in the body, which helps guide future dosing.
