Summary
This study tests a new blood-filtering method (DPCAS+LPE) in 192 adults with acute-on-chronic liver failure and sepsis. The goal is to see if it lowers death rates at 4 and 12 weeks compared to standard plasma exchange. Participants receive two sessions of the therapy, and researchers track survival, organ function, and inflammation levels.
