NCT ID NCT03580629

Summary

This study tested a short training program for liver transplant patients and a chosen friend or family member, called a 'Champion.' The goal was to teach the Champion how to help the patient find a living liver donor. Researchers wanted to see if this support program made it easier for patients to get a transplant and reduced their time on the waiting list.
