Summary
This study is testing whether an oral medication called BRS201 can help control primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare liver disease. For 8 weeks, 28 participants will take either the study drug or a placebo pill in a random order to see if it can normalize a key liver enzyme. The study is conducted remotely, with home visits from a nurse for blood and stool sample collection.
