New combo attack on tough liver tumors

Summary
This study is testing if combining two standard treatments works better for advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It will give 90 patients both a drug that boosts the immune system and a procedure that directly targets the tumor in the liver. The goal is to see if this combination can better control the cancer and help patients live longer.
