Triple threat: radiation beads and immunotherapy before liver cancer surgery

Summary
This study is for people with liver cancer that can be surgically removed. It tests whether adding a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab) with or without tiny radioactive beads (SIRT) before surgery is safe and helps shrink the tumor. About 20 participants will receive the treatment and then have their tumor removed to check the effects.
