New surgical dye technique aims to cut liver Cancer's return

Summary
This study compares two ways of injecting a fluorescent dye to guide surgeons during minimally invasive liver cancer removal. It aims to see if injecting the dye into an artery is better than the standard method of injecting it into a vein at preventing the cancer from coming back and improving safety. The study will follow about 200 patients who have had this type of surgery.
