Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new way to deliver radiation to liver tumors that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to find the highest dose of this targeted radiation that is safe for patients. After the radiation, participants will receive a standard immunotherapy drug to help fight the cancer.
