First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested a new way to deliver an immune-boosting drug (SD-101) directly into the liver along with standard immunotherapy for people with advanced liver cancer. It included 23 adults whose cancer had not responded to prior treatment. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination could shrink tumors. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
