Blood test could reveal if radiation is working on liver cancer

NCT ID NCT06885879

Summary

This study aims to see if a simple blood test can tell doctors how well radiation therapy is working for liver cancer. Researchers will track tiny pieces of cancer DNA in the blood of 15 patients before, during, and after their radiation treatment. The goal is to find a better, faster way to monitor treatment response than waiting for scans, which can take months to show clear results.
