Summary

This study looks at how fat in the liver (NAFLD) can lead to liver damage and heart problems. Researchers will use genetic tests to better predict who is at highest risk. The goal is to help doctors choose the best treatments for each person. About 2,500 blood donors aged 40-65 with overweight or related conditions will take part.
