Summary

This study tests if a virtual group therapy program, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion-based techniques, can improve psychological well-being in cancer patients. Researchers will enroll 200 adults at Mayo Clinic Arizona who have a cancer diagnosis or have completed treatment within the past 2 years and are experiencing stress. The goal is to see if this approach helps patients feel more understood, flexible, and less distressed.
