Summary

This study is testing a new blood test to see if it can find signs of bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) coming back or getting worse after treatment. Researchers will take blood samples before and after surgery or therapy to look for specific markers. The goal is to improve how doctors monitor the disease in 100 adult patients.
