Blood test may predict lung cancer drug success
NCT ID NCT04223596
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test (liquid biopsy) can help doctors see how well the drug brigatinib is working in people with a certain type of advanced lung cancer (ALK-positive NSCLC). About 33 patients who have not had chemotherapy before will take brigatinib pills daily. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink, and the blood test may help track changes over time.
