First seen Nov 24, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether different doses of a long-lasting numbing medicine (liposomal bupivacaine) can better control pain after total knee replacement. About 177 adults having robotic knee surgery will receive the medicine in a nerve block. The goal is to find the best dose to reduce pain and the need for opioid painkillers.
