Heart health check: major hospital study tracks staff blood marker
NCT ID NCT06304415
Summary
This study aims to find out how common high levels of a blood fat called lipoprotein(a) are among hospital staff and their families. Researchers will measure this in about 2,800 people and then follow them over time to see if higher levels are linked to future heart problems. The goal is to better understand who might be at risk.
