First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is looking for early warning signs of diabetes and its complications. Researchers will give a high-fat drink to 150 adults (ages 50-70) with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, or healthy blood sugar. They will measure fats and inflammation in the blood before and after the drink to see if these levels can predict who will develop diabetes or face worse health outcomes.
