Summary

This observational study will compare blood fat (lipid) levels in 200 adults with chronic kidney disease—half with diabetes and half without. Researchers want to find out if having diabetes leads to worse fat problems in these patients. Participants will fast for 10 hours before a blood test, and samples will be analyzed in the lab.
