Summary

This study tests whether two food supplements, Cynacol and Metacol, can lower LDL (bad) cholesterol in people with mild high cholesterol. About 40 adults aged 35-70 with LDL levels between 115 and 190 mg/dL will take one supplement daily for 90 days. The goal is to see which supplement works better and is safer.
