Home workouts with live coaching could ease cancer side effects

NCT ID NCT06270628

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week personalized exercise program, done at home with a trainer guiding via video, can improve quality of life and reduce common side effects like fatigue, anxiety, and nerve pain in cancer survivors. About 350 adults who finished cancer treatment within the past year will be randomly assigned to start the program right away or wait 12 weeks. The goal is to see if remote coaching makes exercise more accessible and effective for managing long-term symptoms.
