Summary

This study tests a new medication, linaprazan glurate, to see if it heals esophagus damage from acid reflux better than a standard drug. About 500 adults with erosive esophagitis will take either the new drug or lansoprazole daily for up to 8 weeks. Doctors will use cameras to check healing and track symptoms.
