NCT ID NCT05397457

Summary

This study tested a special helmet that uses low-level laser light to help hair grow back after chemotherapy. It involved 106 women with breast cancer who had recently finished chemo and were experiencing hair loss. Researchers measured hair count, thickness, and quality of life to see if the at-home light therapy could speed up recovery and ease the emotional distress of hair loss.
