Can red light speed up soccer Stars' recovery?
NCT ID NCT07224646
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of light therapy, called photobiomodulation, can help professional soccer players recover faster and perform better during a championship season. Researchers will compare 24 players who receive the light therapy twice a week to a similar group who receive a fake treatment. They will measure muscle soreness, leg strength, and jump height to see if the light makes a difference.
