Summary
This study tests whether shining a special light on the skin before inserting a copper IUD can lower the pain women feel during the procedure. The trial will involve 72 women, with half getting real light therapy and half getting a fake treatment. If it works, this simple, drug-free approach could help more women choose long-term birth control without fear of pain.
