Shining light on dementia distress

Summary
This study is testing whether daily light therapy can help reduce agitation and behavioral symptoms in people with dementia. Researchers will enroll 70 hospitalized patients with dementia who experience these symptoms. Participants will receive light therapy for five days to see if it's feasible, acceptable, and helps improve symptoms.
