Could a special light ease the pain of C-Sections?
NCT ID NCT05738239
Summary
This study is testing if a non-drug treatment using light and laser therapy can help manage pain and improve wound healing after a planned C-section. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce the need for strong pain medications, which can affect the baby. Researchers will compare the light therapy to a placebo treatment in 180 women to measure its effects on pain levels and recovery.
