Can a daily dose of light recharge young brain tumor survivors?
NCT ID NCT05340881
Summary
This study is testing whether wearing special light glasses for 30 minutes each weekday can help reduce fatigue and improve attention and thinking skills in children and teens who have survived a brain tumor. It's a small pilot study with 40 participants to see if this approach is practical and acceptable to families, and to get an early idea of whether it might help. Participants will be randomly assigned to use either bright light glasses or dim light glasses for 6 weeks while researchers track their fatigue, sleep, mood, and cognitive performance.
