Summary
This study tested whether a special light treatment could help people with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease. The goal was to see if it could improve thinking, sleep, and metabolism. Twenty-five people who lived at home and had sleep problems took part. The study measured changes in blood sugar, sleep patterns, and light exposure.
