Light on the forehead might boost brain function in Alzheimer's patients

Summary

This study tests whether shining a special light on the forehead (photobiomodulation) can improve thinking skills in people with mild memory problems or early Alzheimer's disease. About 45 adults aged 55 to 89 will receive the light treatment weekly and take cognitive tests. Researchers will also check blood for changes in brain health markers.
