Can a night of adjusted sleep and two weeks of light fix menopause blues?
NCT ID NCT06678880
Summary
This study aims to see if mood and sleep problems during menopause can be improved by resetting the body's internal clock. Researchers will test whether one night of specific sleep timing followed by two weeks of daily bright light exposure helps. They are recruiting 120 perimenopausal women experiencing depression to compare different sleep and light schedules.
