First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether two medications—Pyridostigmine and Low-Dose Naltrexone—can improve daily functioning in people with ME/CFS or Long COVID who also have orthostatic intolerance (trouble standing). 160 adults aged 18-70 will be randomly assigned to take one or both drugs or placebos for about 3 months. The goal is to see if these treatments help with energy, activity, and overall well-being.
