Fitness and therapy combo aims to lift spirits of latina cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests whether combining a stepped-care counseling program with an exercise program can improve mental and physical well-being in Latina cancer survivors. Twenty participants who are currently in or recently finished cancer treatment will take part. Researchers will measure how well the program works and how acceptable it is to participants.
