New program aims to boost mental and physical health in latina cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests whether combining a stepped-care counseling program with an exercise program can help Latina cancer survivors reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while increasing physical activity. About 20 participants who are currently in or recently finished cancer treatment will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for this group.
